As a Houston TX Newborn, Family and Maternity Photographer, I adore documenting your beautiful baby bumps and also capturing your family are you are. A stunning location and beautiful light are my inspiration and then throughout the session I lead you to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease. For this outdoor and natural light maternity session, we shot in Cypress TX, a suburb of NW Houston, where my photography business is based. This is the ever so popular waterfall location.

There are few things more graceful than a beautiful maternity session. You see, as a Houston photographer, one who specializes in outdoor maternity and in home newborn portraits, I delight in working with you! Photographing your baby bumps, sweet toddlers and precious families is an absolute joy and blessing!

For this lovely family, they have chosen my maternity and baby plan package. This includes a maternity session that showcases the entire family, a posed newborn session that takes place in the comfort of your home, and also an adorable sitter session for when baby is hitting those fun milestones and also a 12 month session, featuring one year images and a festive cake smash. This is my most popular package because clients often enjoy using the same photographer to ensure the images and stylistic preferences match your home. There also is a $300 savings for booking a bundle, which is never a bad thing.

This sweet bunch is expecting their second child soon and I am super thrilled to meet him! His mama is just a ray of sunshine. So kind, sweet, and their beautiful family is endearingly wonderful! They exude warmth and joy. The golden light encompasses their family and truly makes for the perfect family photos.

The golden hour. Ahhhh! Pure magic. If you follow my blog, you may notice that this is when most of my sessions take place; it's right as the sun is coming up or going down. Either morning or evening is a lovely time because it's golden and a sense of peace surrounds the entire session. As a Houston Maternity Photographer, this is an essential aspect to my time with you as I document your baby bump!

Please allow me to introduce this stunning-mama-to-be, N. She's expecting her first little one and when she contacted me to photograph her pregnancy, I was both elated and ecstatic to celebrate this special time for her! I'm a mama to three little girls, so I know how important this time is. Your heart is being prepared to meet the greater love of your life and documenting your baby bump with a natural light, outdoor maternity session is a fantastic way to commemorate all that is beautiful, feminine, and soft within your pregnancy. 

The waterfall location I use is super popular, and while it is best at evening I do adore this location for nursing portraiture, too. The sun softly sets behind the rocks lending a natural, organic tone to your images. The light reflects perfectly off of the pool of water and the unique, stone entry makes the session feel like it's not in the middle of the Houston suburbs, Cypress TX to be precise! ;)

I encourage your partner to participate during the maternity session. They're just as important as YOU and are part of your story. Photography is just that - storytelling. It's a preservation of your milestones and an absolute honor to do! I always leave my sessions with my heart warmed and filled with joy. There's not a lot of bells and whistles to what I do; I simply use the sun to guide me and I pose you based upon your dynamic. I love what I do. It's that's simple.
