Welcome to my studio! I am thrilled that you’ve chosen to explore more about our services. Nestled in the heart of beautiful Houston, TX, my studio is a haven for posed newborn, baby, family, or maternity photography. We've curated everything you need for stunning photographs! From swoon-worthy textiles, studio wardrobe, organic wraps, handmade bonnets and bows, ethereal lighting, and vintage-inspired props, it’s all here—just for you! SARAH’S STUDIO AND OFFICE FEATURE THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

1,300 square feet inside the 610 loop in the River Oaks/Uptown neighborhood of Houston
Portraiture appointments are available seven days per week.
Ample surface parking, security guards, and an on-site eatery
Lifestyle room features all the gorgeous textures + earth tones
Posed newborn room with comfortable seating, so grandparents are welcome
Private mother’s room for nursing and feeding
Lobby and children’s playroom
Prop room filled with hundreds of custom and luxury baby items for breathtaking and unique sessions
STUDIO HOURS & 6 DAYS PER WEEK AVAILABILITY:
Studio sessions, consultations, and gown fittings occur during the hours below. Sarah and Kevin are a husband and wife team with seven days/week availability. Sundays are no longer available as our studio's commercial office building is located within stopped offering air conditioning on Sundays in response to COVID-19.

- Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 pm
- Sunday: Closed
As of April 2021, studio visits and tours are available to booked clients only. A booked client means you have commissioned our services by signing your online portraiture agreement, selecting your package, and fulfilling the $100 deposit. Because of COVID-19, we can no longer have more than one client in our studio at a time. The playroom and lobby are designed to be a comfortable waiting area for families. The cabinet features toys for younger siblings to peruse. Cozy, girly, and chic! Decorating this portion of the studio was such a joy for me. I spent copious hours in Pier One, Home Goods, At Home, and also Target! My sweet husband, Kevin, was so kind as to put everything together and see my vision.

Inside the studio, you'll find a prop room filled with a significant variety of floor props inspired by all things classic, rustic, and natural. These timeless pieces accent the sessions. Examples include harvest buckets, wooden crates, natural woven baskets, perfect wire-rimmed baskets, custom-made newborn photography beds, galvanized buckets, vintage picnic baskets, plus more! Hues include jewel tones, neutrals, muted colors, pastels, or more. All are available to you.

Mothers Room

The mothers' room is designed for new moms to have a quiet place to feed Baby, relax, or pump with privacy. Here you may also have a few moments of peace to yourself. You’re welcome to bring a favorite book, peruse Wifi, or even have a cup of tea.

Gorgeous Wraps and Textiles | color & neutrals

Chunky knit layers in various colors such as earth tones, vibrant color schemes, or classic boy/girl combinations are readily available to you. The organization makes my type-A heart happy! Walking into the prop room is an absolute joy as I adore everything being entirely in place. I cannot express how much I love showing the props to parents, too. You’re welcome to visit before our session together and show me colors that make you swoon! Rest assured, each prop is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and variety for your newborn photography session.

For your baby's comfort, I have a large collection of organic, light, hand-dyed cheesecloth wraps in the most delightful colors. These are not only beautiful but also gentle on your little one's skin. Other options include precious newborn-sized pillows and blankets made from antique quilts, ensuring a cozy and safe environment for your baby's first photo session.
